b) *#06# = PHONE IMEI MAKE SURE ITS THE SAME WITH THE BOX AND IN THE PHONE STICKER

c) *#0000# = FIRMWARE MAKE SURE ITS UP TO DATE (LATEST FIRMWARE OCT 2009 V31.0.101)
d) Check the screen for dead pixel by changing the screen to 1 colour.
e) Check for any physical or tempted damage on the phone body


Step 3
Tube is known to have a few problems
1) Earpiece problem <-- New Batch Problem Fix
You can check this by pressing on the earpiece when making a call the volume should be constant and not soft then loud.
2) Battery loose problem
